Our Process
Goodpack’s pay-per-use model is a cost-effective solution tailored for those seeking quality IBC containers for hire without long-term commitments. This approach ensures costs align with actual usage within your supply chain. Here’s how our streamlined process operates:
Step 1: Delivery to Supplier
Our service commences with the strategic delivery of Goodpack containers to the supplier’s site, initiating the pay-per-use cycle. These containers are crafted to seamlessly integrate into your storage and transport systems upon arrival.
Step 2: Usage by the Supplier
Suppliers use the containers for their operational needs, with the flexibility of the pay-per-use model ensuring they only incur costs during active use, optimizing overall expense management.
Step 3: Digital Engagement for Return Request
The digital customer engagement platform allows end users to signal the end of their usage cycle, requesting the return of the containers and thus, effectively managing the lifecycle of each container with ease.
Step 4: Scan to Transfer Service
A simple scan by the next user transfers the container’s service, facilitating a smooth handover and eliminating the need for a physical return, thereby enhancing efficiency within the logistics chain.
Step 5: Termination of Initial Pay-Per-Use Period
The initial pay-per-use cycle concludes upon transfer, with charges ceasing, ensuring transparency in billing as users pay only for the time the containers are in use.
Step 6: Start of New Cycle for Next User
A new usage cycle begins when the next user scans the containers, ready to leverage the advantages of Goodpack’s solutions, with the system designed to support a continuous cycle of use.
