Goodpack announced today the launch of a portfolio of Customer Solution Programs aimed at enhancing supply chain value for targeted customers across market sectors. TrackIT, ScanIT, and ContentView are three value-added programs that utilize the power of digitization to track the movements and identify the payload of containers as they transport goods around the world.
According to Eric Grégoire, Goodpack CEO, the new programs are designed to strengthen Goodpack’s commitment to increase visibility into the movements of a customer’s payload. “Goodpack is in a unique position to provide visibility into each mile a payload travels. Our programs are aimed at reporting the shipping status of our containers - from empty to laden and back to empty. With this data, we can work with customers to optimize their processes to ensure optimal use of Goodpack containers, reduce their supply chain cost, their working capital while increasing their customer satisfaction.”
To provide dedicated focus to each program, Goodpack has appointed key executives to two newly created positions. Joe Pimenoff has been appointed to the position of Global Director, Customer Onboarding. In this role, Joe will be responsible for developing a Customer Onboarding Framework that implements end-to-end supply chain solutions. Wlademir Pecoraro has been appointed to the position of Global Director, Customer Solutions. In this role, Wlademir will focus on the commercial roll-out of the Goodpack’s detailed customer usage data reports, an essential part of Goodpack’s transformation from a provider of containers assets to a comprehensive supply chain solutions provider.
