Goodpack partners with Goldman Sachs Asset Management to accelerate growth and further adoption of circular supply chain solutions. This partnership is part of a broader transaction to refinance the business and provide capital for the next stage of our expansion.

Goldman Sachs Asset Management will work alongside existing investors (led by KKR) and our management team to support and pursue our strategic ambition to drive further adoption of our sustainable, high quality and cost-efficient solution, ultimately to expand our position as a leading supply chain partner within the returnable logistics sector across the globe.

Goodpack is the largest global provider of metal container solutions (in the form of Intermediate Bulk Containers or “IBCs”) primarily used for the transport and storage of rubber and food products, among others.
