Under the term rental agreement, the customer rents the IBC for a period of 1 year or more. During the rental period, the customer is free to use the IBC in any location according to their business requirements whilst being responsible for the maintenance of the IBC.

Upon the expiry of the rental period, Goodpack will pick up the IBC at the location pre-specified by the customer at the start of the leasing period.

Please note: Goodpack is the exclusive owner of all goodpack Equipment. Goodpack never sells or transfers ownership of Goodpack Equipment. Goodpack remains the owner of the goodpack Equipment at all times. No person is entitled to purchase or sell Goodpack Equipment, or use, dispose of or otherwise deal with Goodpack Equipment, in any way that is inconsistent with Goodpack's ownership of Goodpack Equipment.
