Goodpack Strengthens Leadership Structure

Key global appointments to enhance Goodpack’s ability to service clients worldwide


SINGAPORE, August 17, 2017 — Goodpack, a global leader in multi-modal, reusable metal box packaging systems, today announced important changes to its global organization structure and senior leadership team to better deliver world-class logistics solutions to its customers.

Following the recent appointment of its new CEO Eric Grégoire in June 2017, Goodpack has appointed six of its senior executives to take on the roles of Regional Presidents to drive growth in core markets. Several Regional Presidents take on their new roles in addition to their existing roles as Global Business Directors, managing the company’s industry vertical strategies. The new appointments include the following:

  • Micheal Liew who has been with the company for over two decades, assumes the role of President of South East Asia, South Korea and Japan, while retaining the role of Global Business Director of Natural Rubber. Michael has been with the company for more than two decades and is based in Singapore.
  • Peet Leong Kok joins Goodpack in October 2017 as Chief Operating Officer and President of Singapore and Thailand. He joins the company from Quantium Solutions, where he was Deputy CEO, and will be based in Singapore.
  • Thomas Ong is appointed President of Greater China, India and the Middle East and retains his role as the Global Business Director of Synthetic Rubber. Thomas has led the Synthetic Rubber business for over 10 years and has been in various leadership roles at Goodpack for over 20 years. He is based in Singapore.
  • Cam Withers, who joined the company in July 2017, is appointed President of Europe and Africa, and the Global Business Director of Food and Liquids. Prior to assuming the role, Cam was Sales Director, Global and Strategic Accounts with Kerry Group. He is based in London.
  • Sara Leclerc joins Goodpack in September 2017 as President of Russia and the Nordics, and will be Group General Counsel. She was most recently Senior Legal Counsel at Fondia Oy, and is based in Helsinki.
  • Lester Tyra continues in his role as President of North and Central America, and takes on the newly created role of Senior Vice President of Sales Operations and Marketing. Based in Houston, Texas, Lester was previously a Vice President in Orion Engineered Carbons’ Rubber business.

In addition to the Regional Presidents and Global Business Director appointments, Goodpack’s executive management team includes:

  • Vanessa Lau, Chief Financial Officer, who is responsible for Finance and Human Resources globally. Vanessa was previously CFO at Tiger Airways. She is based in Singapore.
  • Kenneth Hee who retains his role as Chief Information Officer based in Singapore.

Members of the executive management team will report to CEO Eric Grégoire.
